MINIATURE Pintxos Congress is the annual meeting with the best chefs of pintxos and miniature cuisine. The congress, which began in 2014, will be held for its eighth edition at the Europa Congress Palace and in the restaurants of Vitoria-Gasteiz between October 16 and 27, 2021.

More than 400 congressmen and some thirty speakers, from the national and international level, make Vitoria-Gasteiz the capital of gastronomy every year, this event being of a professional nature, framed within the Euskadi Gastronomika Product Club, one of the main events in the sector.

In addition, Miniature recognizes our chefs or entities with a distinction each year for their work, receiving the award in previous editions Enrique Fuentes, from Toloño de Vitoria-Gasteiz; Diego Guerrero, from the DStage Concept in Madrid, Gonzalo Antón, from the Zaldiaran Restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Juan Mari Arzak from the Arzak Restaurant in Donostia-San Sebastián, Roser Torrás, Director of Grup GSR, Mario Sandoval from the Coque restaurant in Madrid and, in the last edition in 2020, to Iñaki López de Viñaspre of the Sagardi Group.
